T-DON’s Dry Rub is a proprietary blend of cajun herbs and spices. It was originally created as a dry marinade for use on pork ribs, but it is also great on beef and chicken.

Preparing your ribs is easy! Just follow the simple steps outlined below:
Decision Time
You have two choices when preparing T-Don’s Dry Rub. You can either apply the rub to the ribs in the evening, cover and allow to marinate overnight, or apply 1 hour prior to grilling.
Either way is sufficient, but overnight marinating will obviously allow for greater absorption of the spices and therefore a more intense flavor.
Either way you choose, the ribs should be room temperature prior to grilling.
Preparation
First, prepare your grill to the pre-heat or sear setting and close the lid. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Select the finest grade of beef or pork ribs you wish you prepare and remove the thin membrane from the back side of the ribs.
Sear ’em!
Once the grill is ready and the rub has set for at least 1 hour, place the ribs on the grill, close the lid and sear for 10 minutes on each side. You should have some good grill marks by then.
Bake ’em!
After you have seared the ribs, wrap them in aluminum foil or place in a pan and seal tightly.
Place them in the oven and allow to bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the oven off, but do not open the oven door.
Two hours later the ribs will be falling off the bone, juicy and complete with their own au jous. They are now ready to take out of the oven.
Enjoy!
